Leadership burnout is a problem for many SWE sections, making it difficult for them to reach their goals and serve their membership. In this session we will talk about the signs of leadership burnout, some of its symptoms that might be showing up for SWE-D, and ideas for addressing and managing it. The session will be interactive and include information about the SWE resources that are available on this topic. The symptoms of burnout and ways to manage it are applicable outside of SWE leadership to your professional and personal life. Speaker BIO: Mary E.
