Every year, the Society of Women Engineers plans a Martin Luther King Jr. Day Summit. At this year's summit, we are hoping to foster an open dialogue about diversity and inclusion on the U-M campus through a series of “lightning talks”. These “lightning talks” are about 15 minutes in length each and will focus on how diversity and inclusion play into the experience of student organizations and project teams.
